Intense primary colours form the bold palette of this vintage Tibetan carpet. Rows of solid bars, most embellished with cross shapes, form the main motif in the centre. It is trimmed by a contiguous loop of geometric wave patterns, as well as a fine border of hanging trefoil-like patterns. Simple flowers dot the corners of the carpet, adding a sweet feminine flair.
